Exchanges and Returns

Our exchange policy is valid for 30 days. Once 30 days have passed after you received your order, we unfortunately can no longer exchange or return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also still be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given or where refunds are refused.

- Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.

- Any item with missing parts for reasons not due to our error(s).

- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

- Personalized items such as certain rings and jewelry are personally made to measure once, so in case of returns we will charge a return fee of 25%.

Refunds

Once we have approved the return, your refund will be processed and an amount will automatically be credited to your bank account or Paypal account within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Swap

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@eefjeelise.nl

Send

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You are expected to send a return using a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance. The shipper is always responsible for shipping and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
